By using Flectora, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Flectora is a soft skills learning app that uses spaced repetition and a knowledge graph to help you develop social and communication skills. The service is provided free of charge.
You agree not to:
The Flectora app, its design, and user interface are the intellectual property of Vecia. The learning content is curated and synthesised from published works under fair use principles. You retain ownership of any journal entries you create.
Flectora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that learning outcomes will be achieved. The app is an educational tool, not a substitute for professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vecia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Flectora.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in Settings.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of France and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
